Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Customer Requirements

You, the customer, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, and hereby agree to be governed by the Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation, Order Change and Refund Policy, all of which are listed on the Laurie Bell Online Web Site:

  • You, the customer, are responsible for providing all information required to make the cushions s ordered. Please take the time to review and check all order prior to final acceptance and payment, as any specifications submitted are the responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase
  • You, the customer, have read and agreed to all items in the above listed policies, and that further, you have read and agreed to the Return Policy, and that you hereby agree to be held responsible and accountable for your order submission, specifically as it relates to:
    • Measurements and Dimensions
    • Sewing Style (Edges, zipper placement, tie positioning, etc.)
    • Fabric pattern and color (see Return Policy for additional information and ways to ensure you are buying the right fabric and color
    • Cushion thickness
  • You, the customer, have provided accurate shipping information, including a STREET ADDRESS with the correct zip code (please keep in mind that we cannot ship to a PO BOX)
  • You, the customer, further agree that you bear all responsibility and costs associated with the correction of any mistakes that are due to incorrect submissions by you during the order process. Such costs may include, but are not limited to shipping and handling charges, repurchase of replacement cushions, and other charges as they may apply from time to time.

Laurie Bell Online Requirements

We at Laurie Bell Online take pride in manufacturing the very best cushions available in accordance with a high standard of performance and in accordance with our customer's expectations. Laurie Bell agrees to:

  • Utilize the fabric specified by the customer, or an alternative fabric that is agreed to by both parties should the chosen fabric be discontinued or unavailable for any reason
  • Manufacture the cushions in accordance with the various style selections made by the customer
  • The fabric and cushion dimensions will be manufactured within the following tolerances:
    • As to depth, a one-half inch (1/2") tolerance
    • As to width, a one-half inch (1/2") tolerance
    • As to height (thickness, a three-eighth inch (3/8") tolerance, when compared to the customer-provided specifications
  • Laurie Bell Online will bear the cost associated with correcting any mistakes in the cushions that are found to be the manufacturer's responsibilities, provided that:
    • Laurie Bell Online is notified within seven (7) calendar days of the customer's receipt of the cushions
    • The customer provides a valid pick-up address and makes the cushions available for pick-up by a ground carrier of Laurie Bell Online's choosing
    • The cushions or products are not used, worn, or otherwise in a condition that is not the exact same as the condition of the cushions as on the date that they were delivered to the customer

Governing Law

Any terms and conditions contained herein or in any other policies on our web site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina. If any provision of this agreement or any other agreements and policies listed on Laurie Bell Online's web site is deemed unlawful or unenforceable in any way, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, and shall have no further affect on the validity or enforceability of any other provisions contained herein or on Laurie Bell Online's web site or other materials.

Agreement to Purchase

By agreeing to purchase a product from Laurie Bell Online, you have also agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and all other policies and/or statements contained on our web site or otherwise provided to you. You further agree to be bound by all applicable laws. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions or any other policies contained on our web site or provided to you in another format, please DO NOT purchase your desired products from Laurie Bell Online.
